first three years u get 189 x 3
then for 20 days it will be 20/365.25 x 189

if you have gone on more than 30 days leave per year, then those excess leave days will be reduced from tthese 20 days.


if it is more than 20days excess leave days, then it will reduce futher from your third year of service.

this is because as per labouer law, gratuity is for the number of years (365 days) worked and not for period that is not worked
